This work in your hands is one of the results of the Istanbul Sarajevo Zagreb Law Meetings and consists of the papers presented at the "5th Turkey-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Croatia Jurist Days. We are publishing the papers presented by academicians from all three countries at the symposium held in Sarajevo, on 7th April 2016, hoping to make a small contribution to comparative law studies in our country.
